Getting started
How long does it take to get my agency running?
Onboarding is measured in days, not months. We connect your intake channels and AMS, import your team and roles, and run a 30-day watch period where NexIntelligence learns how you already route work before it suggests anything.
Do I need an IT team to set this up?
No. NexAgency is delivered as a hosted platform with a browser extension and standard connectors. If you can log into your AMS and your carrier portals, you have everything you need.
What's the minimum agency size?
There is no minimum agency size. If service work is eating your team's day, you're the right size, whether you're a solo shop or a fifty-person agency.
Do I have to change my AMS?
No. NexAgency sits on top of your existing AMS and syncs bidirectionally. Keep AMS360, HawkSoft, AgencyZoom, or whatever you run today, the routing layer adds to it, it doesn't replace it.
Do I have to train my team to use AI?
No. The software learns your team, not the other way around. For the first 30 days it watches how work is routed and says nothing. Your CSRs keep working the way they already do.

What does NexAgency actually do day to day?
Every call, email, and form that enters your agency is captured by NexOne in one triage queue, classified into one of 22 service categories, and routed to the right handler, then tracked from intake to close so nothing slips.
Does NexAgency replace my CSRs?
No. v1 routes work to your people; it doesn't do the work for them. We're not replacing people, we're replacing the inefficiency of routing by memory. Your team drives; we make them faster.

What systems do you integrate with?
Agency Zoom, Gaya, Outlook and Teams are live today, with Momentum, QQ Solutions and more AMS and CRM systems on the way. We are not adding carrier integrations until the bots arrive. The Integrations page shows current status for each.
How accurate is the routing?
Accuracy climbs as the engine sees more of your work. It starts cautious, suggesting and waiting for sign-off, and you choose when to let it act on its own. Every routing decision is logged and explainable.
Can I see how the engine made a routing decision?
Yes. Every decision is timestamped and attributable, with the classification and the handler it chose. Owners get full visibility; nothing routes invisibly.
Security & data
Is my data secure?
Every layer is built for an industry where data sensitivity is the whole game: end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest, per-agency isolation, and an audit trail on by default.
Can other agencies on the platform see my data?
No. Each agency runs in a logically isolated tenant with no cross-tenant data flow. Your book is yours alone.
Does NexAgency log into carrier systems as me?
No. NexOne never logs into carrier systems with your credentials and never simulates a person inside a carrier portal. That's a deliberate compliance line, your people drive, we make them faster.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is exported back to you and removed from our systems on a defined schedule. No lock-in, no hostage data.
Is NexAgency compliant with carrier AI policies?
Yes, by design. v1 builds the roads (capture, classify, route, trace) and keeps humans in the loop. Autonomous carrier-portal action only comes later, carrier-compliant and governed, one task type at a time.
